Cheri Eplin
Cheri Eplin is a 3rd grade teacher at Rancho Romero Elementary in Alamo and
an Adjunct Professor at JFK University in Pleasant Hill. She teaches children’s
writing workshops during the summer. Ms. Eplin is a published children’s
author and educational speaker. She has given presentations on preventing
bullying in schools, as well as literacy and writing workshops. She earned
her Bachelor’s degree from the California State University at San Luis
Obispo, and a California Teaching Credential and Masters in Education and
Counseling from John F. Kennedy University in Moraga. Ms. Eplin is a member
of the Society of Children's Writers and Illustrators. She enjoys going on
family adventures with her two young children, ages 2 and 9.
