DESCRIPTION:
The Contra Costa Crisis Center maintains a Web-based database
of Contra Costa human services called the 211 Database. 30%
of the agency listings in this database are specifically for
children 0 to 5.
First 5 Contra Costa also cosponsors 211, a national, toll-free
number where users can find local health and social services.
211 is implemented locally by the Contra Costa Crisis Center.
Calls are answered live 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by
trained information and referral specialists.
