  The Whole (W.E.) Education project is a service learning project focused on children 0-5 years old. Children learn drumming, singing, art, dance and good nutritional habits. Parents, guardians as well as the developmentally disabled are encouraged and involve themselves in a culturally appropriate project in the community. The W.E. project will provide a venue for children and their parents to develop vital interpersonal skills necessary during a child's development.

Early Childhood Job Training Project The Early childhood Job Training Project (ECJTP) will provide Infant/Child CPR classes for 75 childcare providers, babysitters and parents, including many English learners. An American Red Cross-trained ECJTP staff person will conduct the trainings. Primary language support for Mien and Spanish will be provided; ESL support for other languages will be provided. Refreshments and childcare will be provided.

The Bay Point Family Heath Center, Riverview Library, Head Start and other community agencies will support the parents efforts and the Parenting School.

We will have booths that will include earth-friendly activities such as sampling organic foods, how to grow your own produce in healthy ways via Integrated Pest Management techniques, plus multi-cultural art projects using natural materials. We will also have family & environmentally-friendly performers.
