Description
211 is a toll-free number providing callers with referrals to local health and social services. Calls are answered live 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by trained information and referral specialists. First 5 Commissions are the largest funders of 211 in the state. Community members can also find the programs they need by logging on to www.211database.org.
Results
- 23,205 calls were made to 211 last year.
