Join us and help make a difference for young kids!
First 5 Contra Costa sponsors three Regional Groups made
up of parents, child care providers, community members, and
representatives from community-based organizations who want
to make Contra Costa County healthier, safer and more family-friendly.
Each Regional Group receives up to $10,000 to conduct projects that makes the region a better place for young children and their families.
First 5 Contra Costa provides staff support, child-care,
translation services, and dinner at each monthly meeting.
We also provide training on leadership/advocacy, meeting facilitation
and other topics group members select.
